Our approach

Training delivery methods

Face-to-face session
Group training delivered in-person by an experienced facilitator at the location that best suits you. This could be your office, a classroom-based venue or even an outdoor location of your choice.

Live online workshop
An interactive and collaborative online session facilitated live by an experienced trainer. These can be delivered on your preferred platform (most commonly we use Zoom or Teams) and are ideal for dispersed participant groups.

Self-paced learning activities online. Practical, interactive and easy to use, eLearning can be delivered via our learning management system or your own platform.

Individual coaching
One-to-one sessions with an accredited, experienced coach. This enables participants to explore personal challenges and performance within their specific work context. Coaching sessions can be held face-to-face or online.

Action learning group
A small group of participants, meeting at regular intervals throughout a programme. These groups promote networking, peer support and reflection, and are ideal for applying new learning and skills to a collaborative work-based project.
