Leadership starts with first knowing yourself. In the opening module we will discuss various styles and models of leadership that can be used in a dynamic world. You will discuss what makes a great leader and develop selfawareness of your instinctive leadership preferences through the Emergenetics profiling tool.

Leading people, influencing and developing relationships		Creating a vision that makes a difference
In module two you will hone the skills needed to successfully lead a team in a changing business landscape. You will learn the science of building trust and strengthening relationships and we will look at what happens when old fashioned techniques are used in the modern workplace. You will develop strategies to improve emotional intelligence.		This module will take a big picture approach to leadership, focussing on techniques to communicate a vision, gain buy-in and keep your team onboard. You will learn strategies to improve the resilience of your team in the face of uncertainty and discuss the potential opportunities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution for your organisation.

Driving performance and achieving results		Nurturing innovation and leading change
In module four you will cultivate the skills needed to develop your team and maximise their performance. You will identify ways to personalise motivation for each individual and look at how to successfully manage talent. This module will include tips to create a coaching culture and how to have difficult conversations without hesitation.		Whatever the sector, adapting and thriving through change is key to success. Inspired by the world leading innovation of the Cambridge Phenomenon, this final module will equip you with the tools and techniques to lead sustainable and successful change. We will also look at how leaders can enable innovation and embed it in day-to-day processes.
